Welcome to NanoStudio, an AI Photoshop platform that provides nanobanana and nanobanana pro/2 model interface services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

NanoStudio provides users with AI-powered image generation and processing services through our platform. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  3. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

  4. Account Information: You agree to keep your account information up to date and accurate.

AI-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

  1. User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of the images and content you create using our service.

  2. AI Model Output: Images generated through our AI models are created based on your input. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated images complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

  3. Prohibited Content: You agree not to use our service to generate content that is:

    • Illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
    • Infringes on intellectual property rights
    • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
    • Contains explicit sexual or violent content
    • Violates privacy rights of others

Credits and Subscriptions

  1. Credits System: Our service uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use our AI models:

    • nanobanana model: 14 credits per request
    • nanobanana pro model: 28 credits per request
    • nanobanana pro/2 model: 28 credits per request

  2. Credit Purchases: Credits can be purchased through our Pay as you go plans or monthly/annual subscriptions. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  3. Subscription Plans:

    • Monthly subscriptions provide credits that reset each month
    • Annual subscriptions provide monthly credits that reset each billing cycle
    • Annual subscribers may request to use next month's credits if current month credits are exhausted (subject to approval)

  4. Credit Expiration: Credits from Pay as you go plans do not expire. Subscription credits reset according to your billing cycle.

  5. Price Changes: Prices are subject to change with notice to users. Existing subscriptions will continue at the original price until renewal.

API Access

  1. API Availability: API access is available to users with active subscriptions. Only subscription plans (monthly or annual) include API access. Pay as you go plans do not include API access.

  2. API Usage: When using our API, you agree to:

    • Use the API only for lawful purposes
    • Not exceed rate limits or abuse the service
    • Keep your API keys secure and confidential
    • Not share or resell API access

  3. API Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue API access at any time.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using NanoStudio:

  • Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempting to bypass security features or access restrictions
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our AI models
  • Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers
  • Using automated systems to abuse the service
  • Reselling or redistributing API access without authorization
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Payment and Billing

  1. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods through our payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

  2. Billing: You will be charged according to your selected plan. For subscriptions, you will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  3. Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

  4. Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved.

Termination

  1. Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.

  2. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

  3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
